For all outdoor events, balloon décor, deliveries, and balloon sculptures, does not guarantee any of its products, rentals or installations to withstand inclement weather. All services are rendered and non-refundable after installation is complete.
Client is fully responsible for providing a timeline with adequate time for setup and access to the event. Client is also required to provide a Strike and Teardown time with adequate time for Strike and Teardown of installation. If is not able carry out Strike and Teardown on the set Strike and Teardown time at event location, a grace period of 30 minutes will be implemented. A $100/hr. fee will be charged to the client after a 30-minute grace period has been utilized unless an extension is requested 24 hours prior to the event date.
Naisha Balloons & Event Decor assumes no responsibility for the actions of the client or their guests. Our company is not liable for any acts, losses or damages. Additionally, Naisha Balloons & Event Decor cannot be held liable for injury sustained in relation to this engagement.
Client is responsible for all of its purchased/rented products after installation is complete. Client is responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of helium, balloons, equipment and other rental property, related during the event.
In the event that the client cancels or postpones any installations, rentals and/or décor for the event the deposit will not be refunded. A credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date. Should the event be cancelled within a week of the event date a credit will be issued in the amount of the paid in full balance which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date.
Any design changes to the description of event outlined in section 1 after contract is signed will be subjected to a new estimate. will not take any revisions or changes to the Description of Installations/Services within a week prior to the event.
It is agreed upon by the Client and Naisha Balloons & Event Decor that the balance is payable in full to Naisha Balloons, no later than 1 day prior to the event date to guarantee delivery of the order. A 50% of the balance is to be paid as a deposit upon signing this contract to reserve services on the date of event. Deposits are non-refundable.
Last minute orders (2 weeks or less) need be paid in Full.
